With the new iMeet, you can now host up to 125 people in your meeting.
Depending on the iMeet plan you choose. You can still have up to 15 people on stage in your meeting room, but the new Participants Panel shows all your attendees.
The host can choose who appears on stage from the list of all attendees or can choose to have just the host appear. You still have access to all the cube information by clicking on the name of anyone in the list. The options will drop down under their name.
You can even send a private chat by clicking the chat icon on the right.
To add or remove someone from the stage, just click the little eye icon. If someone who is not on stage is talking, you can still see who they are by clicking this icon:
If any of your guests have raised their hands, you typically see the icon in their cube. Now you can click the raised hand icon to see if any guests want to ask a question.
And all the great features you are used to are still available: chat, notes, screen share, etc.
