Sharon Niven is the Vice President of People Matters.
She has been working at Momentum Conferencing for the past 8 years but has been in the telecom industry for even longer. Sharon has worked in a variety of Marketing, Education, Management and Leadership roles, including many years of experience in organizational effectiveness, as well as marketing & sales of Data and Voice Communications.
As the VP of People Matters, Sharon focuses on training and developing leaders within our industry. This includes coaching, mentoring and providing growth and development opportunities to build a positive work environment. With all this responsibility, it is no wonder why Sharon’s biggest fear is not waking up in the morning.
